Last week when I was in Ohio, I took the time to make it to Skyline Chili.  This is the Cincinnati chili that I ate growing up and still love to this day.  In southwestern Ohio these restaurants are almost as plentiful as McDonalds.  Aimee ended up enjoying it so much that even though it was an hour round trip, she made us go for a second visit before we left.  I really missed the convenience of Cincinnati chili at a fast food restaurant today while I cooked another pot of my own.  At least I feel like mine has a slight edge on flavor, making the extra work worth it.
