We’d worked up an appetite after playing disc golf, so on the ride home I called some people to make plans for lunch.  The choice was Samurai Sushi, a tasty and convenient location for everyone.  My sisters Julie and Karen joined Aimee and I along with her parents Jack and Donna for the lunch special.  Most went with the sushi lunch featuring 2 rolls, a spring roll, and edamame.  Jack, not being a sushi fan, went with the aptly named (and pictured) “boxed lunch”.  However, you may notice there is a sushi roll in his box and I saw him try a few pieces with moderate success.  I’m not sure he really liked it, but it was a great stand against the talk of his narrow culinary taste.
